We went because of the swimming pool. Amazing view. Breakfast should have typical fruits, tapioca... The restaurant is very expensive for the quality. We prefer to pay a little more on the restaurant that is in the top. It was worth. There is no restaurant close to the hotel. Its worth to visit Tropical hotel that is close by and there is a mini zoo with onça e jaguatirica. And the architectural is interesting. Very kind attendants
Dinner in the hotel restaurant is too expensive for the quality

Balcony with great view, spacious rooms, nice pool, directly at the Rio Negro beach, very cheap for the received service. Many ripe tropical fruits at breakfast. Safe environment, well protected by security personnel. After the read, rather mixed reviews, I was positively surprised.
If you want to be close to the centre, you should look for something else. The hotel should be renovated, especially the breakfast room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful sights. It is situated right on the river, allowing for breathtaking views and the opportunity to take leisurely walks or jogs along the riverfront.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable experience. The only minor drawback is that it can take some time to get into town due to the traffic, but this is a small price to pay for the tranquility and beauty that this hotel offers.

Excellent location outside the city, by the river, adiacent to Ponta Negra beach. Staff was very nice and accomaded any request I had I.E. change pre-allocated room to best possible view. Large and very clean rooms. Good price/quality ratio. Travel agent available in the hotel lobby.

The swimming pool was great Everything else was very good
They use too much salt in the food. They should use less, almost none and who wants more can add it to the food. The opposite is not possible.

What an amazing Easter getaway! The views of the city and the river from our room were stunning, and the breakfast buffet was so delicious with lots of local fruits and juices. We also loved the fact that we could enjoy the infinity pool and relax after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops.
The gym was closed for renovation during our stay, which was a bit of a bummer for my fitness routine. , the taxi service from the hotel was a bit expensive, but we found out that there was a local bus stop nearby that can take you to other areas of the city for a fraction of the price.

This hotel is excellently located right next to the beach, perfect for a morning dip or people watching. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is decent with good coffee. the staff is friendly and helpful with great views of the river from the restaurant and pool area.
The hotel might not be suitable for those who are looking for local restaurant options as there seem to be none nearby.

Dirty carpets in the corridor outside our room

Not a whole lot. The room was ok but we were only there for a few hours. Proximity to the airport was good. THe front desk staff at check in was fine.
Carpets were stained as was the bathroom floor. Front desk staff at departure had a great deal of difficulty with English. While I don't expect the whole world to speak English, I would have thought the front desk of a good hotel such as this one would have a better command. The buffet dinner might be one of the worst meals I have ever had, especially for the price. But it was late, we were exhausted and had to rise at 1:30 am for our flight.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Manaus, with stunning views of the river. The gym was well-equipped, and the staff were really helpful and attentive. I also enjoyed the quietness of the area during the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The infinity pool looks over the Rio Negro and this is very nice The location is good if your expedition leaves from the Tropical Hotel and you want to save about 40-100 dollars a night compared to the rates at the Tropical
The hotel is situated next to a large night club and the noise from the club is very very loud and goes all night long

Good breakfast, wonderful swimming pool with stunning views of the Negro River.
There aren't enough umbrellas for all guests and people have to dispute with each other to get a place in the shade. Although being at the pool is refreshing, staying out of it in the sun of Manaus without any shade is not. The hotel should provide guests with more umbrellas and pool chairs. When we stayed in the hotel, there were only 3 umbrellas and few chairs. Also, the hotel only provided a very limited list of drinks and food at the pool.

The hotel is located on the beach sidewalk and has a view of the river, which was amazing. There are several food kiosks on the beach, which was a convenient option to grab a quick snack. the pool was also impressive and had an infinity view to the river, which was one of the best aspects of the hotel.
The hotel is quite far from the city center, which is a big negative, especially if you want to explore the area. the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
